Aleya Beadles

This is Aleya Beadles and she is a college student who is currently working on getting her Associates in Early Childhood Development at Ozark Technical Community College.
She has always dreamed of working with young children. Although in what area has changed from time to time. She has settled on being a daycare director for now.
She has worked with children most of her life, but mainly for the past 6 to 7 years. Whether that be volunteering at her Church in the children’s ministry or at OTC’s lab school.
Our team is all CPR certified and update our certification yearly. As well we run background checks on all teachers, volunteers, and visitors. We keep up to date records of all our teachers as well.
Mr. Anderson

Mr. Anderson has a associates in early childhood development and a associates in culinary arts.Although he works mainly in the kitchen there are times he interacts with the children through cooking activities.
Miss Olivia

Miss. Olivia is our five year olds teacher.She has a Bachelors in early childhood development. She has worked for us for two years. She is hoping to one day start her own preschool, but is wanting to have a hands on experience with the children before going out independently.
Mrs. Lillyanna

Mrs. Lillyanna is our four year olds teacher.She is our longest employee and has been here for the last six years. She is recently married and will be leaving us soon. Her first year she did training under a old lead teacher while being a assistant teacher for her.
Miss Julia

Miss. Julia is our three year olds teacher and is a fairly new teacher to our program and has a associates in early childhood development. She is almost finished with a bachelors in special education and is becoming our special ed teacher next year.
Miss Ashley

Miss. Ashley is our two year olds teacher and she has been here for the last three years. Although she adores working with these kiddos she is working on getting a masters in dental hygiene. She started her associates in early childhood, but felt a calling to dental hygiene. She hopes to work with children in the dentle field, so one day she may be helping your child grow in a whole different aspect.

Mrs. Easter has been with us for the last five years. She has had training as a assistant teacher her first year. As well she had worked for a preschool before coming here.
