About
Hello and welcome,
My name is Aleya Beadles. This site's purpose is to bring you along on my journey in early childhood development. Here is where my teachers can come to see what I have learned throughout their class and for me to have a reference to look back on later. For anyone else just popping in, I hope you enjoy and learn something new.
One of my dreams is to work with children, so I am pursuing that dream by getting my associates in early childhood development (ECD). My biggest dream is to one day have a family of my own and be a stay at home mom, but untill then I want to work with children.
How It Works
This site is set up a little different to a regular site. Basically each tab is like a different website, but you are still on the Stepping Stone site. The reason for this weird set up is because some of the content is homework. If you are one of my teachers and really confused, just hop over to the corresponding tab for our class. Hopefully this isn't to confusing and you enjoy!
A Little Bit About Me
My name is Aleya Beadles. I was homeschooled and graduated in November of 2017. Now I am attending Ozark Technical Community College to obtain my associates in early childhood development. I have always had a passion for working with kids and, so here's where my journey ticks off!
I have been working with kids for the past 7 to 8 years ish. The age range I have worked with has been from birth to 6th graders. I have mainly worked with Pre-school/Kindergarten age. Here is the bombshell though, I always told myself that this was NOT the age group I would ever work with. Haha! Well here is the news flash, I grew fond of this age group and have come to enjoy these kids in this age group. My favorite thing(s) about this age group is how full of life they are, how their smile can light up a room, and how willing they are to learn. It puts a smile on my face too!
When I am not working with kids I love being in nature, hanging out with my family, serving others, and reading. Thank you for coming and being apart of my journey!
